Refund policy

All Sales Final

All sales are final at Designed by Monèt. We do not accept returns or exchanges for changes of mind, incorrect sizes selected, or customer-provided personalization errors.

If an item arrives defective, incorrect, or with an error made by Designed by Monèt, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will review the issue and provide an appropriate correction, replacement, or refund.

Orders may not be canceled once production begins, except where required by applicable law.

This policy does not limit your rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
